【概况】

研究所沿革

上海中医药大学、上海市中医药研究院肾病研究所是科、所合一的研究实体，目前主要由曙光医院和龙华医院肾内科组成，曙光医院肾病科成立于20世纪50年代，龙华医院肾病专科成立于20世纪60 年代，均是全国最早成立的中医肾病专科之一。2004年成立上海市中医药研究院肾病研究所，2005年、2017年分别成立了上海市名中医郑平东教授名中医工作室、何立群名中医工作室，龙华医院成立了上海市名中医陈以平名中医工作室，是融临床、教学和科研为一体，科所合一的研究创新实体。

学科平台

曙光医院肾病科集六十余年之临床经验，特别是在治疗早中期慢性肾衰、终末期肾病（中西医结合血透血管通路建立和维护）、IgA肾病和慢性肾小管间质病变方面，形成优势和特色；龙华医院重点研究膜性肾病中医和中西医结合治疗、糖尿病肾病治疗中医基础与临床研究。专科门诊量逐年增加，最高达15万人次，年出院病人位于上海市肾病科年出院病人数前列。

曙光医院肾病科先后成为国家中医药管理局全国中医肾病重点学科和重点专科、中华中医学会肾病分会的牵头挂靠单位，教育部全国高等院校重点学科、教育部肝肾疾病病证重点实验室和上海市重点学科的核心部分、上海市中医临床重点实验室、上海市高校创新团队、上海市卫生系统先进集体、上海市卫生局中医特色专病专科、上海中医药大学优势学科。龙华医院肾病科为国家中医药管理局肾病重点专科及肾病综合征协作分组组长单位，拥有国家中医药管理局中医肾病病理三级科研实验室，先后成为国家中医优势专科建设学科（肾病科）、上海市中医特色专科(中医肾病专科)、上海是临床重点专科（中医肾病科）、上海市中医临床优势专科、丁氏内科中医流派徐嵩年学术思想传承基地。

科研项目

承担了100余项各级中标课题，其中包括国家重点基础研究计划973计划、 国家科技重大专项创新药物研究、国家科技部十五攻关课题、国家十一五支撑课题、国际科技部重点研发计划子项、国家自然基金重点资助项目和面上项目、上海市中管局重点课题等各类研究经费累计达4000余万。

学术成果

出版专著20余本，在国内外核心期刊（包括国际肾病和生物医学权威杂志American Journal of Kidney Diseases、JASN、Kideny Int.、Diabetes、Nature Communications、Faseb、JBC、Nephron、JCI、Clinical Nephroloy、Nephrology、World J of Urology等杂志）上发表论文900余篇，其中SCI文章200余篇。

科研奖励

曾获国家科技进步一等奖、中华医学奖二等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖、中华中医药学会科技进步二等奖、中国中西医结合学会科技进步奖、上海市医学奖一等奖、上海市中西医结合科学进步一等奖、军队医疗成果奖二等奖，三等奖；教育部科技进步二等奖；二等奖、三等奖和上海市医学奖三等奖；上海中医药科技二等奖等20余项，获授权专利20余项。

人员组成

研究所目前由邓跃毅教授、杨雪军教授、钟逸斐教授、叶朝阳教授、高建东教授、王琛教授、王琳教授等现任PI，曙光医院团队人员28名，平均年龄40岁，其中专职科研人员 6名，高级职称18名，中级职称8，初级职称2名，博士学位16名，硕士12名；博导5人，硕导9人。龙华医院团队人员30名，博导 3 位，硕导 6 位；正高 6 人，副高 12 人；博士学位 14 人，硕士学位 13 人。共有12人先后赴美国、日本、法国、加拿大留学，与美国耶鲁大学、西奈山医学院、贝勒医学中心、加拿大阿尔贝塔医学院等国外知名大学保持良好的合作关系。

学术后备力量充足，有全国卫生系统优秀工作者1名，全国名老中药传承工作室指导老师、全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师2名，全国优秀中医临床人才2名，青年岐黄学者1名，上海市卫生系统“银蛇奖”2名，上海市劳动模范1名，上海市医苑新星1名，上海市优秀学科带头人2名，上海市医学领军人才1名，上海市领军人才2名，上海市杏林新星1名，上海市中西医结合人才1名，上海市曙光学者1名，上海市浦江人才1名，上海市教委高校创新团队领军人才1名，上海中医药领军人才项目共同体研修班成员1名和上海中医药大学杏林青年学者2名，浦东名中医2人，获得上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划基金者3名，上海高校中青年教师国外访学进修计划2名,曙光医院 “四明学者”1名。

研究方向

围绕慢性肾脏病不同时期所具有特点和主要矛盾形成稳定的研究方向：

1、 膜性肾病中医药治疗基础与临床研究（邓跃毅）

2、 清化祛瘀中药治疗IgA肾病的临床与机制研究（杨雪军）

3、 益气活血中药防治慢性肾衰伴大量蛋白尿的机制、缺氧与肾脏纤维化及中药干预的机制研究（王琛）

4、 中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的基础与临床研究（钟逸斐）

5、 中药治疗慢性高尿酸肾脏病2-4期的临床（高建东）

6、 中医药改善血管通路通畅率、成熟率及防治慢性肾衰血管钙化研究（叶朝阳、陈冬平）

7、 表观遗传学（DNA甲基化）调控延缓慢性肾脏病进展研究（吴明、叶朝阳）

The Institute of Kidney Disease

Our responsibilities

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Institute of Kidney Disease was founded in 2004 in Shanghai University of TCM. Combined the theory of Chinese medicine with cutting-edge biomedical approaches, basic and clinical research projects were carried out in the institute, which cover major issues in the field of kidney diseases such as chronic kidney failure, Membranous nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, chronic nephritis, inherited kidney disease (ADPKD) and vascular calcification associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Our achievements

1. Funded projects: 70 projects were founded from 2014 to 2024, including 20 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (13 general projects, 7 youth projects), and 20 provincial and ministerial projects. The total funding was nearly 40 million RMB.

2. Academic awards: 10 awards were received including the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.

3. Published papers: more than 500 papers were published including nearly 100 SCI articles. Twenty articles have an impact factor over 5.

4. Patent: 8 national invention patents and 1 U.S. invention patent were authorized.

5. Monographs: 10 books were published.

Our ongoing activities

Several lines of project are ongoing in our institute focusing on preventing renal fibrosis and delaying chronic renal failure.

1. TCM clinical study of refractory membranous nephropathy (Deng Yueyi)

2. Clinical and mechanism study of Qinghua Quyu Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of IgA nephropathy (Yang Xuejun)

3. Mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (Zhong Yifei)

4. A series of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat chronic kidney fibrosis (He Liqun).

5. The mechanism and clinical practice of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine in preventing and treating chronic renal failure with massive proteinuria (Wang Chen).

6. Shizhi prescription Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic hyperuric acid nephropathy in stage 2-4 clinically. (Gao Jiandong).

7. Integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine to maintain the survival rate and quality of life in the end-stage of chronic kidney disease (CKD5) (Ye Chaoyang).

8. Epigenetic regulation in the progression of chronic kidney disease (Wu Ming and Ye Chaoyang)

Our staff

The institute is currently led by Principal Investigators including Professor Deng Yueyi, Professor Yang Xuejun, Professor Zhong Yifei, Professor Ye Chaoyang, Professor Gao Jiandong, Professor Wang Chen, and Professor Wang Lin. The Shuguang Hospital team consists of 28 members with an average age of 40, including 6 full-time researchers. The team comprises 18 senior professionals, 8 intermediate-level professionals, and 2 junior professionals. Regarding academic qualifications, 16 members hold doctoral degrees and 12 hold master's degrees. The team includes 5 doctoral supervisors and 9 master's supervisors.

The Longhua Hospital team consists of 30 members, including 3 doctoral supervisors and 6 master's supervisors. The team has 6 full professors and 12 associate professors. In terms of academic qualifications, 14 members hold doctoral degrees and 13 hold master's degrees.

A total of 12 members have pursued studies in the United States, Japan, France, and Canada. The institute maintains strong collaborative relationships with internationally renowned institutions such as Yale University, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Baylor Medical Center in the United States, and the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine in Canada.
